Position Description:
We’re growing and searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Digital Sales Team, to help contribute, develop and implement digital marketing efforts. If you’re an analytical problem solver with a keen interest in online marketing, this might be the role for you!
This is a rare opportunity to help build an up-and-coming Australian tech company. In this role, you’ll help ensure Microkeeper’s online marketing efforts across Web, eDM, Advertising, SEO & Social channels run smoothly, with high attention to detail. You will help to coordinate, test & execute digital campaigns to progress our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reach the target audience.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to optimize marketing efforts.
Generate compelling and relevant content for online and offline channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
Skill and Experience Requirements
· Have over 2 years of experience in digital marketing experience in technical and/or performance marketing and driven to help an online business growth.
· Have tertiary qualification in marketing, digital media or equivalent
· Have knowledge of all round strategy for digital marketing
· Have a proven history of successfully implementing digital campaigns across a diverse range of industries and platforms, including Social Media, Google Adwords etc.
· Are conversant with multiple digital disciplines including Website Content Management, SEO, User Experience and Conversion
· Have the ability to monitor and analyse digital metrics
· Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
· Have a strong grasp of Google ads, SA360 and the full Google Marketing platform with confidence in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
· Are experienced with Google Optimize or other website CRO platforms.
· Have solid experience across Meta advertising.
· Experience in a cloud, technology or Sass industry highly sought after
