How you will make an impact: As the General Manager/Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of clinical and non-clinical services delivered at Cabrini Brighton. You will also be responsible for the efficient operation and financial performance of Cabrini Brighton, consistent with Cabrini's 5-year strategic plan. Key activities include:
Provide leadership and direction to the nursing and non-clinical professions across Cabrini Brighton.
Work with direct reports to ensure annual budget targets and key performance metrics are achieved.
Implementation of systems and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Work with medical staff to develop new services and optimise revenue growth.
Develop annual workforce plans that identify future workforce requirements, skill mix, and training requirements.
About you Educational/Vocational:
At least 5 years of senior management experience in a large, complex health environment.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or previous experience in health or a relevant discipline.
Registered with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
Demonstrated change management experience.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Broad clinical and employee relations experience.
