WorkinAUS Our Content Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and delivering our communications strategy and guiding our engagement with key audiences as we grow. Your skill will contribute to achieving our business, marketing and communications objectives including creating and maintaining the right channels. Reports to CEO, WorkinAUS Internal collaborations: Marketing Executive Senior leadership team CEO, board and advisors Personnel of Sociable Tech (parent company) External collaborations: PR, marketing, advertising and creative agencies and contractors Clients and customers Advocates and influencers Investors and regulators Suppliers and partners Direct reports - While you have no direct reports, you will coordinate and manage communications resources, often in concert with the Marketing Executive. Opportunities for career advancement as we continue to expand Task & Responsibilities Developing and delivering our communications strategy including defining our audiences, key issues/opportunities, strategies, key messages, tactics and evaluation including budget Defining, establishing, maintaining and monitoring our full suite of online and offline channels Developing compelling communications content and collateral for diverse audiences and tactics Developing trial campaigns for continual improvement of efficiency and effectiveness Identifying and managing external communications providers Designing and delivering audience research for market insight into our offer and opportunities, and broader communications research into best practices, innovation and advancements Providing advice and support in relation to issues, risk and crisis management Complementing our marketing strategy and integrating closely with our marketing team Demonstrating leadership in proactive communications practice and quality reactive advice Qualification & Experience Bachelor degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or similar with demonstrated continued professional development Five years’ experience minimum in corporate and marketing communications, with expertise in leading communications strategies and execution, and in project management Experience in developing high-performing communications channels and compelling campaigns Experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer communications Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and balancing urgent versus important requirements Proven ability to craft strong briefs and manage external providers to deliver excellent work Experience in technology, recruitment and immigration (preferred) About Company Get people here!
