A value - based education organisation looking for a driven Management Systems (WHS) Senior Business Partner. Your new company This dedicated education organisation is looking to expand their evolving safety team, to lead and support all employees in regard to WHS. Your new role This person will lead the review, establishment, implementation and evaluation of policies and process systems to support all employees from a WHS perspective. Reporting to the OHS Manager, you will:
Provide health and safety advice and support to managers, including incident investigations, risk analysis and follow-up support
Develop and implement systems and initiatives to continuously improve HSW outcomes
Continue to strengthen the culture that promotes and values the wellbeing of staff
Complete HSW audits, reporting and trend analysis to achieve continuous improvement in the organisation
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelors Degree in OHS / Quality Management and/or subsequent relevant experience
Certified OHS Practitioner with the Australian Institute of Health and Safety (Mandatory)
Proven experience in Management of OHS systems and working in a high risk workplace
You must be an Australian citizen or have full working rights.
