We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our team on a full time permanent basis. You will have a flair and passion for modern Australian dining, impeccable presentation and leadership qualities to motivate and direct a small team. Our on-site cafe offers a delicious menu of innovative food at reasonable prices. Open 7 days a week seasonally for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the cafe is fully licensed, offers an a la carte & takeaway menu and wine list that is sure to please all palates and cater for all budgets.
