In the first instance you will speak to our People and Culture team virtually using teams. ??Interview with our Sales team. ????Meet others in the business in Marketing/Customer Success in Sydney and virtually connect with London.  ??Chat with the LT team while we finalise the agreement & we do your background checks. Salary: $80,000 p.a - $90,000 p.a plus super Role posted date: 23/11/2023   Our preferred location of residence for this role is Sydney.  If you are based in Sydney, it is a Hybrid role with 2 days in the office. North Sydney is the nearest station.  All discussions and emails will be treated as highly confidential to protect your privacy.    Benefits Salary + super, anniversary day off, Career Development, EAP, wellbeing     Task & Responsibilities This role will provide the successful candidate with professional growth and a real opportunity for career progression within our commercial function. The successful person will:   Identify and qualify prospects?through a combination of outbound?(events, webinars, trade shows, marketing campaigns)?and inbound activity?(trial follow up, RFI’s, referrals etc.) Conduct thorough needs analysis through discovery processes and research?and demonstrating good questioning and listening techniques. Use?a consultative approach to contact decision makers and understand their?unique?pain points.? Generate new opportunities by bringing awareness of the Synergy solution to the market.? Develop new client relationships and leverage existing and past client relationships to build and manage a sustained pipeline of opportunities.? Develop proposals, respond to?RFP's?and conduct?high-quality?online?sales presentations for prospective customers. Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects sufficient to meet quarterly/annual quota requirements?including call activity.? Manage and maintain quality account, contact?and opportunity?activity?in the CRM and supporting systems.? Actively engage with the sales and marketing organisations to drive market feedback, competitor activity?and business development data.? Previous experience selling in challenging environments or economic conditions (new category selling, early stage or hyper growth businesses, downturns).   Qualification & Experience ABOUT YOU   You've got?previous experience with B2B software systems. ? You have experience of quota carrying B2B software or technology sales experience, in SaaS. You have demonstrated experience in hitting and exceeding your targets is assisting the acquisition of new clients. You’re a team player and have great communication. You're highly motivated and driven to?excel, you thrive?in a fast-growing, quickly changing environment.? You're results-driven and interested in being part of a fast-paced sales environment. You've experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory. ?? You're able to thrive in a growth environment - the ability to move quickly, strategically, and superb tactical execution. You're skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos and remote sales processes. You’ve got strong Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and knowledge of CRM systems. If you have previous knowledge of the AEC space that's a bonus.
