The Sales manager at Drive is responsible for managing all agency relationships within the allocated portfolio. The key responsibility of this role is ensuring that revenue targets are reached and exceeded on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. To achieve this the sales manager must build, maintain and develop professional relationships and networks of the highest standard both externally with agencies and clients direct (where appropriate) and internally across all internal departments and key stakeholders.
It is expected that the sales manager delivers the highest levels of account management with
regard to client service levels, pipeline management, strategic sales planning and the appropriate use of all internal reporting systems and structural processes. The sales manager must live up to all of the core values of Drive and represent the company at the highest standard at all times.
Day to day you will:
- Identify and action revenue opportunities
- Accurately forecast monthly / quarterly revenue on a rolling basis and as required
- Manage a sales pipeline and keep it populated with an appropriate volume to ensure delivery to revenue target
- Ensure accurate and full delivery of all campaigns
- Maintain regular contact with each key account stakeholder
- Continue to evolve the Drive product and market offering as the market evolves and develops
- Identify and respond to new market influences (competitor product, new client product, market trends, new ad tech etc.)
