The Position: Working within the high performing Victoria Sales team, The CHC Sales Representative is responsible for the Sales and Account Management of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare brands in Pharmacies for the Melbourne, Inner-West to North West Territory, with some occasional regional visits required. Role Responsibilities: The CHC Sales Representative is responsible for the achievement of sales budgets (targets), maximising product distribution, shelf positioning, merchandising, business development plans and building account relationships for your designated territory. This includes: Calling on your assigned accounts according to rating and frequency KPI’s and prospecting for new business opportunities Taking responsibility for all aspects of merchandising in designated accounts, ensuring client gains the full impact and benefit of promotional activity by placing POS, maintaining maximum visibility and product availability Maintain a high level of account & display standards linked to the commercial strategy direction Ensure all major key account activations are executed within the designated territory Conduct in-store training to Pharmacy staff as required and recommended for key initiatives and new products Collaborate and work closely with your wider sales team by knowledge sharing and assisting as required on ad hoc requests Sales to budget – Achieve sales budget and executional measures as nominated by the National/Sales Manager. Maximise product distribution, shelf positioning and merchandising as determined by the State/Field Manager & in accordance with marketing/promotional plans Awareness of reporting on competitor and industry activity to enable the review of the impact on marketing strategies Build and maintain high level of business relationships with pharmacy accounts which will give our company the high profile necessary to achieve long term success During special promotions, ensure correct and current promotional material is on display and placed correctly, checking any special pricing is correct Ensure that all day to day business activities are conducted in accordance with company policy and in an ethical manner Work in line with the Safe Driver Policy, Motor Vehicle Policy &other relevant HSE policies and procedures About You & Key Criteria for the role: Education & Qualifications: Minimum qualifications of High School certificate Experience and knowledge: Must live in territory- West side of the City Previous Sales Representative experience preferred in Consumer Healthcare but open to wider consumer Industry OR come from a Pharmacy Retail background. Skills: High level Sales, negotiation and persuasion Best in class business Relationship building, communication and presentation Team player- collaborate and support each other in the wider team Strong work ethic!!
