About the RoleAs a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities across a wide variety of industries including agriculture, horticulture, and mining. With your excellent communication, you will be hands-on in negotiating sales, providing sales advice, and detailed product information. Your key responsibilities will include: Cultivating long-term relationships with established clients, becoming their trusted advisor in the dynamic and constantly evolving plastics industry Undertaking market and product analyses to identify gaps Assisting with the development of company strategies and sales budgets Devising and executing innovative sales strategies that will lead to growth in revenue and market share Working collaboratively and cross-functionally with a passionate internal sales team to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded, and success is achieved at every turn.
