The Opportunity

The Lifecycle Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day running of marketing campaigns across the student communications journey (i.e. prospective and current students), along with the analytics relating to these campaigns. They will be required to create direct response campaigns that deliver against key business objectives, while managing stakeholders by capturing communication requirements and implementing feedback on journey flows and content. Ultimately they will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement of the student communications journey on behalf of our University partners.

About You

  • Formal qualifications in a relevant discipline (Marketing/Communications) is preferable
  • Experience using email marketing software and analytics
  • Marketing Cloud experience & experience with using CRM data is highly desirable
  • Direct Response communications experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and take accountability for those task
