They engage positively with Federal, State and Local Governments and their agencies on issues critical to the industry – covering tax, population, infrastructure, land use planning and beyond.UDIA Qld has partnered with Davidson to recruit a Sales / Relationship Manager for their QLD operations. The Role Working with leadership team to develop and implement membership growth strategy that targets new members – from lead generation through to complete sales and account management. Develop and implement account management plan to retain membership base and ensure membership renewals year on year. Own the membership activity space including attending meetings when required and answering any membership related queries. The Person Based in Brisbane we are looking for someone with either property experience or passionate about the property industry who has a flair for finding new potential customers who could be converted to members, as well as building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure annual renewals. Someone who has experience of ‘hunting’ for new business as well as the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, build trust and establish repeat custom from existing members. Opportunity to earn commission is based on your KPIs, built around the attraction, renewal and retention of UDIA Queensland membership and the sales of the Professional Development program.
