About the position The Project Officer Quality & Environmental Management position will be required to assist in implementing quality and environmental management systems and processes as outlined by the Group’s Integrated Management System (Quality, Environmental and WH&S Systems). This position will work under supervision. The salary range for this position is $84,383.41 - $97,075.32 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation. This is a Temporary full time position until 27 October 2024. The position is based in the Toowoomba CBD. CBD Parking provided. Professional development and learning opportunities. Ability to provide advice and training to project staff on compliance with relevant elements of state and federal environmental legislation; quality standards; and ISO requirements. Knowledge of quality and environmental management statutory and ISO requirements. Excellent organisational and planning skills in managing competing priorities in a busy environment and capacity to establish priorities and monitor workflow. Understanding of and commitment to Council’s Organisational Value and Behaviour of Teamwork.
