THE ROLE CSR have an exciting opportunity at our Gyprock manufacturing site for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Yarraville, Victoria. You will be working on a 24/7 Rotating Shift Roster (12-hour shifts). As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in leading our dedicated team of Production Operators. Your role will include the following: Ensure that all employees are working within the safety requirements of their roles, raising hazards and reporting incidents. Ensure quality monitoring requirements are met and within specifications. Process improvement initiatives implemented. Manage personnel on shift including rostering and training. Minimise plant downtime and maximise efficiency (during delays, changeovers & maintenance days). Co-ordinate's after-hours maintenance call outs Monthly toolbox meetings covering all manufacturing employees. All reporting requirements completed on time. Maintenance work requests raised and followed up on. Follow up on any issues raised on previous shift. Responsible for gypsum shipments into the shed.
