Customer Support Customer Service | Winter Closing date: 07/04/2024 Our Customer Support team are a fountain of knowledge with their fingers on the pulse when it comes to all things Thredbo. The Customer Support Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and are the gurus at selling lift, lesson and rental passes to our guests online and over the phone. This role is designed to provide our guests with outstanding customer service ensuring their Thredbo experience is unforgettable before they even get here. This role requires excellent communication skills and adaptability to the rapidly evolving nature of the Guest Services environment. You will demonstrate accurate resort knowledge and effectively upsell all aspects of the resort and the wider region. The key part of this role is to ensure the guest always remains your primary focus and all interactions are at an exceptional standard of customer service.
