ABOUT THE ROLE As an Open Pit Haulage Operator you will be part of a passionate team working a lifestyle DIDO roster, 8/6 days; 7/7 nights.  You will ensure the safe operation of our Dump Trucks in the Buck Reef West Open Pit and are responsible for completing your role in a safe and efficient manner in line with our Mining Plan.  You will report to the Mining Supervisor and be experienced in the operation of mobile mining equipment.  We use Hitachi EH3500AV and/or CAT 785/789.  ABOUT YOU An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential. The ability to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills, including reasonable literacy and numeracy skills. A minimum of 12 months machinery operating experience on an open cut mine.
