Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Hold Safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a Zero Harm and an incident / injury free environment through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the position.
- Day to day administrative tasks
- Including receiving and invoice processing
- Manage Uniform orders & Data Entry and filing
- Processing of expenses on behalf of Engineering members
- Assist SBEs and HoM with coordination of training
- Coordinate Purchase orders
- Recording of meeting minutes
- Assisting SBEs with WHS Administrative tasks
- Other functions/tasks relevant to the nature of this position in supporting the Engineering team
- Processing of GSE as required.
- Administration of compliance management
