Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hold Safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a Zero Harm and an incident / injury free environment through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the position.
  • Day to day administrative tasks 
  • Including receiving and invoice processing
  • Manage Uniform orders & Data Entry and filing
  • Processing of expenses on behalf of Engineering members
  • Assist SBEs and HoM with coordination of training 
  • Coordinate Purchase orders 
  • Recording of meeting minutes
  • Assisting SBEs with WHS Administrative tasks 
  • Other functions/tasks relevant to the nature of this position in supporting the Engineering team
  • Processing of GSE as required.
  • Administration of compliance management
