Managing a team, you will be responsible for a variety of day to day activities providing a seamless 5 star experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for;
Tasks include:
- Visitor Management
- Supervising the delivery of Lobby, Client Reception & Meeting room services
- Supervising the delivery of gold standard tenancy service operations
- Accountability for team performance including innovation and efficiencies
- Event Administration, catering fulfilment & VIP Hosting
- Look for ways to continuously broaden the offering to improve client and employee experience
- Rostering and leave management of team
- Audio Visual & Basic IT Support to stakeholders
- Building and maintaining relationships with building management, contractor stakeholders and internal department heads
