An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced property professional to join our highly successful relationship division within our Residential team.
Based in the Melbourne CBD office above our state-of-the-art project showroom, this role will see you manage the ongoing relationships with our partner sales agents. Working closely with our Directors of the business and project managers, you will play a key role in assisting our partner agents to make sales in various apartments projects through effective customer service and fostering existing and new relationships.
Working in a highly successful and driven team, this role will see you utilise your relationship building skills coupled with your understanding of the sales and contract administration process.
You will successfully achieve this by:
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships that provides a platform for partner agents to make sales in allocated projects
- Present to partner agents on all facets of your allocated projects and be the ‘go to person’ for all queries
- Manage the sales process and assist partner agents as required
- Coordinate and engage with partner agents including negotiating commission rates, agency agreements and access to projects / properties
- Assist in the coordination of partner agent events to promote allocated projects
- Prepare and develop the appropriate tools and investment reports to assist with partner agents achieving sales
- Maintain and promote Colliers projects and brand
