We’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive to deliver innovative campaigns designed to engage our publishing metro subscribers and demonstrate subscription value through key content amplification, personalised communications and subscriber offers with the key goal of reducing churn.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of key engagement initiatives using marketing platforms to create a personalised subscriber experience and drive engagement with key content.
You will collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure our subscribers stay informed and deepen their connection with our newsroom.
Day to day you will:
- Deliver key engagement initiatives: Develop and execute engagement and subscriber benefit campaigns.
- Manage and execute BAU communications: Develop, send and provide recommendations for BAU email sends plus manage the schedule and creative process for BAU house press and display ads.
- Promote key editorial content: Collaborate closely with our newsrooms to ensure subscribers are informed on the latest from our newsrooms, deepen their connection with our journalists and raise awareness of our breadth of content.
- Build email engagement triggers: Use behavioural data and subscription insights to build compelling messaging and triggers to further engagement and improve retention across the customer lifecycle.
- Reporting and analysis: Ongoing campaign tracking, testing, reporting and analysis to form and communicate insights.
