Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Category Manager - 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract The opportunity Join a dynamic, high-performing team Flexible (Within Australia) 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract Your new role This Is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Category Manager looking for a new challenge that provides exposure to end to end procurement activity across customer facing categories within QBE AUSPAC Claims. As a Category Manager, you will report into the Head of Claims Procurement with the goal of becoming a trusted commercial business partner that enables QBE to obtain and sustain the most value through our supply models and relationships within the Property ad Motor categories. You will be responsible for end-to-end Procurement activities across these categories, working collaboratively with knowledgeable stakeholders to ensure supply chain models are fit for purpose, deliver an outstanding customer experience and commercial value, whilst supporting the business with best practice supplier relationship management. About you You are a well-versed Procurement Category Manager with at least 5 years' experience in the Procurement space or relevant experience in consulting within the Financial Services environment. You have strong analytical and negotiation skills, the ability to manage stakeholder relationships with senior leaders across various levels of the organisation, as well as being a critical thinker. In addition to this, you are a self-starter with great problem solving skills.
