We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to assist in the continued strategic growth and development of the Cogent business through activities which support our customers to generate value and revenue growth while continuing to develop quality relationships. This role is full time with hybrid working arrangements.
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with our stakeholders including maintaining account management plans for all key clients
- Work collaboratively with the operational team to ensure customer SLA's are being met and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate the re-contracting of existing client to ensure ongoing success
- Meet the specified KPI's and achieve annual budgeted revenue targets
