Baird is seeking a motivated and personable engineering or science student to join our team as an Intern in our Perth office. The selected candidate will be involved with various analysis and design aspects associated with marine, coastal, and port engineering projects. This position will support multiple offices worldwide.
It is anticipated the candidate will participate in the following project activities:
- Working under supervising professional engineers, the candidate will:
- Perform data analyses of metocean and environmental data.
- Develop and apply skills in numerical modelling of coastal processes.
- Participate in field data collection.
- Assist with the preparation of project deliverables including technical reports, calculations, cost estimates, and drawings.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
