This stable network allows us to maintain a steady supply of products, including conventional and organic quinoa and quinoa-derived products, as well as cacao, chia, hemp, various rices, and whole grains. We possess the capability to deliver mixed pallets through to full container loads and can efficiently manage stock for just-in-time delivery.

About the Opportunity 

In this role, you will part of a collaborative and supportive sales team where you will provide daily administrative support for our National Sales Manager and Sales Director .You'll also be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships within a designated client portfolio. From engaging with large food corporations to supporting small family-run businesses, you'll gain valuable experience understanding unique needs and creating pathways for success. You'll ensure client satisfaction and seamless order delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth of our business.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and National Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Act as the primary contact for your assigned client portfolio, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing updates, and gathering feedback regularly. 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives, and work collaboratively with internal technical resources where required.
  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of our product. 
  • Maintain customer forecasts to ensure purchase plans are aligned with customer demand. 
  • Prepare scheduled reporting on account status.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on client needs and market trends. 

About You - Our Ideal Candidate 

  • We are a small business and team and therefore, every new colleague needs to fully embrace our values, purpose, culture and come with a proactive and hands-on mentality. 
  • Proven track record of minimum 2 years in sales, business development, or account management ideally within the bulk food products or a related industry. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
