POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. This position is a hybrid role based on 2 days working from the Sydney office (Mondays and Thursdays) and 3 days working from home. We might exceptionally ask you to work from the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday in occasions such as onboarding, training or for specific clients’ projects/deliveries.

Position Summary
If you have experience or interest in the Retail and FMCG industry, you are passionate about the challenges facing brands and retailers when it comes to online and in-store execution, excited about leveraging analytical and commercial skills to drive growth, willing to hustle, we want you to join us! You’ll be a part of an amazing team that’s shaping the way brands and retailers use online and in-store data to grow and scale their retail operations. We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, who can work effectively in a high-pace environment, can challenge retail clients on their online and in-store execution strategy and juggle with a variety of commercial projects.
You will be responsible for the B2B sales and marketing strategy definition and execution of our online and in-store solutions across APAC. You will drive growth and work on commercial initiatives targeting retailers and manufacturers from the Consumer Electronics and Consumer Goods (FMCG) markets to help them define, report on, and execute their commerce execution.
Essential Functions:
Define target customers and segments to build and manage the top of our sales funnel.
Design relevant marketing and ‘hunting’ strategies to reach, engage and convert leads into clients.
Analyze our existing data set and extract relevant insights together with relevant FMCG industry information to develop a solid insight-based hunting strategy.
Build sales collateral based on real data points to ‘hunt’ and create brand awareness among our target retail companies.
Execute the strategy by reaching out and communicating with the clients through emails, newsletters, LinkedIn posts and messages and other ‘hunting’ platforms.
Produce reports highlighting results of top funnel initiatives so that we can optimize our strategy and get the highest possible ROI on our initiatives.
Communicate our value prop and promote Wiser products and services to clients to drive cross-selling opportunities between our in-store and online solutions (see full suite at www.wiser.com).
Partner with account managers and support teams internally to get deals over the line.
Partner with Customer Success to execute our ‘hunting’ strategy to keep clients engaged, grow existing key accounts and position Wiser as a strategic partner in their digital transformation.
Contribute to growing our footprint in new markets and geographies.
