In a Senior Planner role in our Infrastructure team, your role will include:
- Provide planning/scheduling services including the preparation and ongoing maintenance of project schedules, and integration at program and portfolio level into a master schedule.
- Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
- Ensure compatibility of contractors schedules with the integrated schedules/milestones.
- Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
- Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
- Conduct delay analysis and assist in delay claims management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skillset, to ascertain schedule data and support project delivery teams.
- Provide schedule performance updates, analysis and reports in a timely manner.
- Perform analysis of schedule data; communicating trends, issues, and areas requiring attention to the project team.
