With a long history of delivering sustainable and innovative packaging solutions to some of the most well-known brands, Pact Packaging looking for an energetic Account Manager based in Broadmeadows and working with customers in Australia and New Zealand. You will develop sales opportunities for Pact's packaging products through engagement of existing and new customers and manage customers at state and national level. This role is based at Broadmeadows and works closely with our customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the Head of Sales you will:
- Manage an agreed customer base through regular calling and communication, business review and customer relationship building
- Secure new business with existing customers’, new business and product development opportunities, and organic base growth.
- Champion of customer, product and process throughout the business units.
- Manage revenue and margin expectations through the forecasting and budgeting process.
- Undertake Monthly reporting by major customer (Sales value and margin)
- Project management reporting
- Competitor review & reporting
