They have a wide range of systems including automated gates, blinds, shutters, garage doors, sun awnings, wireless alarm & home security. Your new role Reporting to the QLD Business Development Manager, the junior sales representative is primarily responsible to support the QLD's BDM to meet our sales target and to further expand the Company's business in NSW and ACT. The incumbent must also maintain the existing customers' portfolio for the across the above mentioned markets. Key Duties:
Build the market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
Identifies ideas by scoping the industry and the related events, publications, and announcements.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential customers.
Discovers and explores business opportunities.
Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
Maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times
Meeting and exceeding customer focused KPI's
Your skills and experience
Strong customer service and sales experience in relevant industry
Technically savvy with the capability to work with/navigate many IT systems
Able to work autonomously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build a stable relationships
Report writing skills
Ability to solve problems and deal with needs as they arise while working autonomously
Computer literate with Excel, ERP System (AX) preferable
