We are seeking dedicated individuals with a strong background in production and manufacturing to join our team as Fertilizer Production Manufacturing Workers. In this role, you will play a vital part in the production of high-quality fertilizers, contributing to the success of our agricultural industry.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain production equipment used in the manufacturing of fertilizers.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Monitor and control the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
Measure and mix raw materials according to specific formulas and production schedules.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired fertilizer composition and consistency.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth production flow and meet production targets.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment maintenance and product inventory.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and compliance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in a similar industry (e.g., chemical, agricultural).
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to follow established guidelines.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality products.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices in manufacturing would be an added advantage.
