About the role The CNE is responsible for the ongoing support and development of our Nursing staff in our Orthopaedic and Neurosurgical Unit. This is an outstanding opportunity to grow your career at Northern Beaches Hospital. You will bring to our high-performing surgical team:

Current registration as a Nurse with AHPRA s
Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
Certificate IV workplace training and Assessment (TAFE) (or working towards)
Relevant clinical or education post graduate qualifications in area of clinical practice (or equivalent) post-graduate certificate or higher
Minimum of 4 years clinical practice in a Hospital Surgical Ward
Advanced clinical competence and proven experience in clinical supervision
Effective presentation skills and information technology literacy
Able to influence nursing and hospital practice to achieve excellent clinical outcomes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for delivering quality patient-centred care

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF - NSW Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 with a salary range of $51.17 - 52.86/ hour.
