Locali by Romeo's Wynyard Station is. now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of all departments of the venue;
Ensure the responsible service of alcohol on and from the venue;
Give effective direction to operational staff;
Liaise with other department or shift managers to ensure open communication within the venue;
Manage and train staff in the operational requirements of their role;
Prepare and implement effective rostering for their department or venue;
Maintain stock control for the front of house and back of House operations;
Ensure that all Incident Reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner (at the end of each shift);
Manage budgets, expenditures and promotions to ensure the best profitability;
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager;
Strong management skills;
Strong customer service skills;
Ability to handle enquiries and multiple tasks effectively;
Sound knowledgeable of budgeting and cashing up;
Job type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
