RGIT Australia is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Quality Auditor Officer to work within the Compliance and quality assurance department.

This is a full-time position.

Salary Range - $70,000 -$80,000 annually

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and professional Quality Auditor Officer to be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as providing guidance on compliance matters. A great Quality Auditor Officer is well-versed in legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices. You will ensure that a company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Position Responsibilities
• Oversee continuous process improvements within the organisation.
• Develop and implement effective organisational policies and procedures.
• Analyse and adjust current processes and structures as needed.
• Coordinate internal and external audits for management.
• Maintain quality and compliance audit schedules.
• Support audit report preparation and dissemination.
• Communicate changes to relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Provide updates to HR and regulatory bodies regarding courses and policies.
• Research and propose new training courses.
• Collaborate with academic departments on course development.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies for audit extensions.
• Ensure compliance with training standards and regulations.
• Assist in departmental SWOT analysis and organisational development.
• Review, update, and standardise policies and procedures.
• Monitor policy changes and maintain compliance with relevant legislation.
• Address policy gaps and respond to policy development requests.
• Maintain version control for all documentation.
• Support policy development and approval processes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining required policies and procedures.

To be considered for this position, applicants need to have the following:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality audit, compliance, law, and/or audit compliance within a Registered Training Organisation.
• Excellent knowledge of ASQA standards, ESOS Act 2000, National Code 2018, and relevant legislations.
• Proficiency in mapping, validation, and moderation.
• Strong experience in managing high-level internal and/or external relationships.
• Computer proficiency with a quick learning ability for new software/programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced multitasking ability with prioritization skills.
• Experience in internal/external audits.
• Outcome-driven professional engagement with stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of admissions issues, market trends, ESOS guidelines, and RTO Standards 2015.
• Organizational skills, ability to take control of situations, and work well with colleagues.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues calmly in crises or emergencies.
• Effective time management, problem-solving, and innovative mindset.
• High commitment to supporting/teaching students.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
