About the Job: Our Hard Rock team continues to expand and we’re seeking an Operations Coordinator with industry experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our expansion and success. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role will see you working closely with our clients, identifying new business opportunities and overseeing a team of 30 field employees. Located: Hamilton, Brisbane.  Hours: Monday to Friday 6AM-4PM Key responsibilities will include: Work with our clients to assist with labour and staffing requests Schedule and maintain a consistent workflow Pursue new work opportunities through existing and potential clients Be actively involve in the recruitment process of hiring personnel Ensure employee roster is accurate and up to date Regular site travel to conduct client visits and employee check-ins Drive positive safety culture and reinforce safety messaging Regular team events and employee catch ups to build team culture Timely and accurate quotes are…
