HSSE Systems Compliance Administrator

Elecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.

This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.

Construction of EnergyConnect is underway in various locations across the project area.

The Role

To ensure that the company maintains a robust compliance platform for all personnel, in accordance with Elecnor Australia Management system expectations, operating standards, and HSSE management manual, statutory requirements, and client specifications.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Assist the Compliance Systems Manager with day-to-day activities.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining HammerTech Compliance Systems.
• Administer accounts and services via HammerTech for the wider business.
• Provide support and instruction for the use of HammerTech to internal stakeholders.
• Collate and develop periodic performance reports and presentations (Power BI)
• Maintain HSSE intranet content and ensure its structure and integrity.

Your skills and experience:

• IT qualifications, or HSE systems experience required
• Experience with HammerTech is desirable.
• Experience with help desk services is desirable
• Experience with Power BI is desirable
• Advanced computer skills: MS Windows, MS Office are required

This will be an office based role, in Sydney CBD, and will be a fixed term contract until the end of 2024.
