As an Organization and Methods Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our organization's success by analysing and evaluating current systems and structures, as well as monitoring current systems with staff. You will direct clients towards more efficient organisation and develop solutions to organizational problems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development of objectives, strategies, and plans to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize the efficient use of organizational resources.
2. Engage with clients to discuss business and organizational shortcomings, gathering insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes.
3. Analyze and evaluate current systems and structures within client organizations to identify areas for improvement.
4. Conduct discussions with staff members and observe systems at all levels of the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of existing processes.
5. Provide guidance and direction to clients to improve organizational efficiency, recommending solutions to address identified problems.
6. Undertake comprehensive work studies by analyzing existing and proposed methods and procedures, including administrative and clerical processes.
7. Record and analyze organizational workflow charts, records, reports, manuals, and job descriptions to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
8. Prepare and recommend proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions, and resolve organizational problems.
9. Assist in the implementation of approved recommendations, including issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other necessary documentation.
10. Review operating procedures and advise on departures from established procedures and standards, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Salary: $75,000 per year plus superannuation
