PMO Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Coordinator and Planning - Lead (Engineering Technologist Consultant) to join our team in Sydney.

The principal focus of this role is the analysis and modification of new and existing engineering technologies and their application in the testing and implementation of engineering projects.

Tasks, duties and responsibilities include working as a full-time assignee on the projects of our clients:
- Analyse existing technology and make recommendations on improvements;
- Develop and manage the project portfolio master schedule on a capital project portfolio;
- Ensure the quality of documents for projects and review to ensure approval from the portfolio review committees;
- Facilitate and review the project's approvals within the project workflow;
- Lead and support projects forecasting and cost management within the portfolio;
- Mentor and support the project management community of our clients to uplift their project management capability and skills;
- Prepare drawings of new technologies, review the outcome of the project management system's audit, and plan the required actions to clean up the data;
- Run technology through testing procedures and note findings;
- Work closely with the project teams to assist them in delivering successful projects. Support the delivery team in using and updating their optimised systems.

To be considered you will need an appropriate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification and at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience.

This is a full time position working 38 hours per week, an immediate start is available. An attractive salary is on offer to the successful candidate.
