As a Senior Coordinator Commercial Sales, you will provide best practice customer service that enhances the performance and image of the Qantas Group, its operations and standards. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of Qantas Group Flight Training’s internal and external customers, including scheduling use of training equipment, management reporting and completing and negotiating Flight Training Agreements, as well as facilitating customer invoicing across the Group Services portfolio.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • Professional presentation and strong customer service skills.

  • Sound organisational skills with the ability to priorities conflicting tasks.

  • A high attention to detail.

  • The ability to use initiative to resolve complex issues within tight deadlines and without supervision.

  • The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.

  • Strong negotiating, influencing, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced skills in all facets of Microsoft Office.

  • Previous airline and/or scheduling experience (advantageous).
