Salary: $77,000 plus 11% Superannuation
Position: Full time, Permanent

Our client, Wagtail Services, a family-run disability support provider in Toowoomba, invites applications for a permanent full-time Sales and Marketing Manager. This role is not just about attracting new clients; it's about fostering lasting relationships and directly involving clients with disabilities in marketing efforts, reflecting our core values of fairness, independence, diversity, and self-determination.

This is a terrific opportunity for the right candidate to drive the marketing strategy and take overall responsibility for the sales & marketing function at the business.?

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics across the region, such as forecasting, budgeting, sales activities and performance, marketing campaigns, customer data, etc. You will be responsible for sales & marketing strategies, as well as overall branding and image.

With a high sense of accountability and self-actualization, you will excel in time management and be able to manage various initiatives at one time. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are a must.

The key to success in this role is developing mutually beneficial relationships, with clients, internally and across relevant industries.

The successful candidate must also be a self-starter who can demonstrate the following:
• Three years plus experience in a strategic Sales & Marketing leadership position with the relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Demonstrated success in driving collaboration with marketing and sales teams
• Excellent time management and ability to manage various initiatives at one time
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
• Must have met all mandatory requirements of the NDIS Commission

In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Creating and executing comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies to drive business growth and client engagement.

• Define and manage the marketing budget and key performance metrics, reporting on investment return
• Lead generation, deal negotiation and closing deals that align with business revenue and growth strategy
• Building and maintaining robust, long-term client relationships based on trust, credibility, and responsiveness.
• Designing and managing effective marketing campaigns and evaluating their success.
• Representing Wagtail Services at meetings and events to enhance our visibility and network.
• Monitor industry trends and impacts of legislative changes
• Leverage internal and external capabilities and resources to meet agreed goals
• Work with internal and external teams to oversee revenue-generating marketing campaigns, in line with marketing plan
• Actively contributing to the company's success and growth by unlocking new business opportunities.
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Maximise sales margins and profitability
• Review marketplace analysis
• Adapt marketing strategies to changing market conditions
• Undertake market research and competitor analysis, and stay abreast of market data and trends, to identify new service and market opportunities and inform marketing strategies, plans and decision making
• Assess current business and market trend and respond accordingly by updating company policies, plans, objectives and strategies
• Formulate and update the company’s marketing, advertising and promotions strategy to open up new business opportunities
• Ensure that positive brand image of the company is maintained in all external relationships

Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with a knack for identifying trends and opportunities.
• Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or healthcare is advantageous but not essential.
