Practice Administrator - Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets

The roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Administrator to join our Corporate M&A team in Sydney on a full-time basis. Working with Partners Stuart Byrne and Jonathan Algar, this role will suit a driven PA who can work effectively within a hybrid team, is a natural organiser and has a drive to make the role their own. This role is predominantly office based however, the flexibility to work remotely one day per week is available.Key responsibilitiesIn this varied and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for:Administrative support to 2x Partners and wider team;Drafting, reviewing and preparing correspondence / documentation;Managing all incoming correspondence;File management;Managing telephones, electronic diaries and voicemail for team members; Organising meetings, restaurant reservations and travel bookings;Manipulation of complex documents;General accounts, reporting and monthly billing; andSupport with business development activities.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will have a:Minimum 12 months' experience in a legal secretarial position;Strong technical skills (MS Word,…
