What you'll be doing… You will complete a Certificate III Business Administration over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with HVTC. Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to: Provide support across various finance department functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, accounting, and student administration. Manage debtors by handling debt collection, analysing reports, and generating statements. Coordinate creditor invoicing, payments, and allocations to general ledger accounts. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees in our payroll system, and handle payroll processing along with weekly/monthly reporting.
