Throughout the traineeship you will be hosted with a major Civil Construction company, RoadTek whom provide excellent mentoring, training and encourages teamwork and innovation within their business. RoadTek provides transport infrastructure solutions throughout Queensland as a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR). Whilst engaged in this traineeship you will be required to work outdoors and at times in a challenging environment being hot, dirty and dusty, rotating day/night shift on a roster basis.
