Your new role This organisation is a not-for-profit looking for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. You'll play a crucial role in shaping this organization's success by supporting a talented workforce.
As an HR Advisor, you will:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Prepare job descriptions that attract top talent.
Post job ads on relevant platforms.
Shortlist candidates and coordinate interview processes.

Employee Relations:

Provide quality coaching and support to senior leaders on employee relations matters.
Interpret and apply employment agreements (EAs) and legislation.
Assist with job design and classifications.

Retention Strategies:

Formulate retention strategies to ensure we retain our skilled and dedicated workforce.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Advisor.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role comes with a package of up to $90,000 plus Super and salary packaging plus one day a week working from home.
