Your new role Working as the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing accurate and professional advice to support internal stakeholders on all people and workplace relations matters. This will include end-to-end case management such as performance, grievances, workers' comp and fitness for work. You will support the HR Leader on various HR projects, remuneration, job design, employment conditions, contracts of employment, award and agreement interpretation to support business objectives. Responsibilities include:
End-to-end case management on all people matters
Providing subject matter expertise relating to remuneration, job design and employment conditions, contracts of employment
Coach and upskill managers, supervisors and employees regarding people management and workplace relations activities
Provide expertise support and advice to stakeholders regarding industrial relations matters
Create reports for leaders with relevant analytics
What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you will have demonstrated knowledge of industrial relations and employment legislation. You'll also come with sound knowledge of managing your own cases end to end as well as experience building relationships with internal stakeholders. You'll have excellent communication skills as well as demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
