Promote the company's products/services by addressing or predicting customers' goals. Contact potential clients to establish relationships and set up meetings. Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with the standards and guidelines established by law. Maintain sales records, revenues, invoices, etc. Planning and supervision of new marketing initiatives. Increase the value of current customers and attract new ones. Participation in congresses, meetings, and events of the sector. Development of quotations and proposals for clients. Develop goals for the business development and growth team and ensure they are met. Train staff and help team members develop their skills. Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support.    Qualification & Experience MBA in business administration, sales, or relevant area. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Proficiency in English, Chinese and Portuguese. Must have knowledge of all SE Suite Solutions ° SoftExpert. Communication and negotiation skills, including empathetic listening, effective questioning, managing  expectations and resolving conflicts. Ability to build rapport. Time management and planning skills. Ability to research and analyze products, services, markets, and industries.
