- To greet all guests as they arrive and depart the Hotel.
- Complete pickups and drop offs as required.
- Carry guest luggage as required.
- Escort guests to rooms as required.
- Undertake the transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property as well as responding to guest requests for assistance and or information.
- Regular cleaning of all public areas including foyer, cleaning ashtrays and tables.
- To have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and operating hours in the hotel.
