About the Role:
They are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist focused on stakeholder management to join their team. This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between Client Success and Marketing teams. The Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in crafting and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives aimed at both acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize client and customer insights to shape marketing plans and inform strategy and communications.
Foster strong relationships with the Client Success Team to drive client engagement, growth, and retention.
Contribute to marketing strategy development for client retention plans, prioritizing and managing the delivery of marketing initiatives including events, sponsorships, campaigns, and communications.
Direct and collaborate with marketing team members to develop and execute client-centric marketing campaigns.
Partner with the Client Success Team to establish success measures for programs and track progress against these measures.
Identify and streamline opportunities across clients and segments, ensuring compliance and ongoing optimization of marketing assets.
Lead continuous improvements in client and customer journeys, services, and products.
Maintain and update marketing collateral in collaboration with Client Success Managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (desirable, not essential).
