The position of Junior Engineer (AC & R) in department of engineering & maintenance requires being involved in the day to day functions of engineering designs, equipment selections, design reviews, alternative design submissions and tendering proposals. Main tasks shall include:
1. Designing and planning of new project related to Air – Conditioning units, Fabrication and laying of Ducts, Pipes and Fire- Fighting system.
2. Preparation of technical speciation of Air – Conditioning units, pipes, and Fire- Fighting system.
3. Review consultant design drawings and specifications and other relevant project documentation to determine the scope of works required for the project.
4. Review technical specification offers submitted by sub- contractors.
5. Carryout re-design, Value Management and raise technical queries as required on tender enquiries to determine the plant layouts and system capacities.
6. Assist in the creation of Operating and Maintenance manuals that shall include all maintenance requirements of systems and equipment.
7. Carryout and site inspections to ensure the HVAC installation is inline with the relevant documentation and specifications.
8. Witness commissioning of HVAC system to ensure equipment and plant is operating at optimum performance.
9. Installing new split Ac’s, ductable AC’s Unit, Lifts and medical machinery.
