About the Position Ideally located on Brisbane's inner Northside, is Taigum Residential Aged Care Service. We are currently looking for a Personal Care Worker on a permanent part-time basis to join the team. If you are looking for job security but don't want full time, we have two permanent AM and PM shifts per fortnight available. About you: You will provide a range of high-quality services to residents within the facility, including their individual physical, psychological, cultural and spiritual needs. As a Personal Care Worker, you will support a safe home-like environment, and encourage physical and social independence whilst safeguarding the dignity and privacy of the residents.
Experience working with clients with Dementia
Support residents with self-care including bathing and dressing
Involvement with social and recreational activities
Provide emotional, social and spiritual support to residents
