Key Outcomes and Accountabilities
Provide a high level of technical advice to consumers, internal customers, stakeholders, and industry groups relating to passive fire services in the state of Queensland by interpreting and providing advice on legislation, standards, policies, guidelines, and practices.
Support the Manager Services Trades Unit, to provide services to other areas of QBCC as directed through the provision of advice and assistance in technical passive fire services related matters.
Manage a case load of inspections that includes, conducting reactive and proactive technical inspections and the preparation of detailed reports surrounding breaches of legislation, standards, policies, guidelines, and practices.
