City of Newcastle is looking for an Administration Officer to join the Business Operations & Customer Excellence within Planning and Environment.
As the Assistant Business Support Officer, you will perform entry-level administrative support across the vast and diverse range of administrative tasks, supporting all functions of the Planning & Environment Directorate, including but not limited to:
Management of electronic and hard copy incoming correspondence and requests, including document storage, data entry and referrals
Answering phone calls
Responding to, and actioning, emails
Formatting documents
Managing mail and deliveries.
