Trenton International is an industry recognised, dynamic, family-owned import business, servicing the hospitality business.
As a Marketing Specialist at Trenton International, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand awareness and market presence. Reporting directly to the Head of Visual and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and execute intricate marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth, requiring an adept ability to coordinate market research, campaign strategies, and complex communication structures under tight deadlines.
• Generating creative assets and managing their creation, including graphics, web designs, logos, and digital content.
• Overseeing the creation and publication of marketing content across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Taking charge of new product launches with a focus on meticulous asset creation and flawless implementation across multiple platforms.
• Directing comprehensive social media strategies and overseeing a rigorous content creation and approval process. Managing content creation and community.
• Monitoring campaign performance metrics, conducting competitor analysis, and providing insights for improvement.
• Overseeing demanding email marketing campaigns that require precise segmentation and detailed performance tracking.
• Implementing cutting-edge SEO strategies and engaging in detailed competitor analysis to enhance online visibility, demanding a high level of technical and analytical proficiency.
• Ensuring strict compliance with marketing regulations, maintaining unyielding consistency across all communications.

Considerations:
This role is ideal for candidates who are not only ready to be accountable and perform but also excel in a consistently high-pressure environment, and who are committed to long-term career progression in marketing.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor of Marketing degree preferred, or at least 5 years of experience in marketing roles.
• Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems. Exceptional skills in data analysis, strategic decision making, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have Australian work rights.
